We require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your massage. If less than 24 hours is given you will be charged for your appointment. 

Remember this appointment time is yours. In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please contact me by phone or e-mail at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not hear from you within that timeframe, you will be charged for your session.
